I've bought and read a multitude of trading books over the last few years, a few are very useful, most too vague or excessively complicated but I think 60 Minute Trader is very clear and incisively outlines a powerful trading concept and I expect to develop it into a major front line system for me once I bolt down the practicalities of IB/TWS

    The light just went on.  I had sent an earlier email criticising what I thought was an incorrect assumption for brokerage fees in the 60 minute trader's manual.  I was wrong.  I had misunderstood I.B.'s futures contract commissions.  
    Thank you for spelling out in such detail exactly how to develop a successful trading plan.  This is the best trading system I have ever seen and I'm looking forward to going "live" after paper trading.

My occasional losing days never seem to exceed 20 points, which is a very acceptable draw down, in my opinion.
 
So, my only question to you is - do you have any recommendations on minimizing these false signals on trending days?  If the answer is "no", I still love the method, and look forward to trying is with REAL money soon!

Went through the material and indeed, this is an excellent trade plan;
worth every penny as far as I can tell.

I traded years ago and made all the mistakes and lost my trading capital as a result. After analysing my mistakes and rethinking what I would do differently if I were to enter the market again, I came up with a plan very similar to 60min. This is a very good starter program that will make money.

I just want to take some time to thank you for rejecting my request for a refund.

Yes, I think I bought the wrong trading system.

But since you rejected my request for a refund, I told myself I should try to learn something from it.

Then I went into the trades. Guess what, it's really something that I found myself enjoy doing. It's a great system really. It really works and I have been profitable since day 1 trading your system.

There is real value in the opening volatility. I think it's scaleable too. So far I've done slightly better than the 5 to 6 points you recommended on just 1 contract.

I also found that trading further into the day does involve more risk. You can make a lot more but you can also lose a lot more. I am looking at how I can trade further into the day.

Just to let you know that I purchased your ebook at the weekend. I absolutley devoured it and was itching to place my first trade Monday morning.

I usually trade commodities and so I tried out your system on Cocoa as soon as it opened. It opened above Fridays close so I sold short at 1460 and closed out at 1456 for a four point gain.

Not much maybe, but I am really happy with the way it works and how easy it is compared to all the other stuff I've studied.

Utilising your fade the open method over the last four months (post paper trading and a "touchy feely" real time application period) I have scored a W/L rate of 63% and average W/L points of 7/18 or 0.389 (I work on the inverse!).

Looking at the past twelve weeks trading I can see that the more I "relax" and let the high W/L hit rate dictate my trading decision, the more money I can take very quickly from the market with a minimum of exposure. Within this period I was cautious at the start and only achieved moderate profits, yet towards the final part of the same caution was replaced by confidence and my previous moderate profits grew to really good profits.

To start with I only traded one e-mini DOW $5 contract until I understood how your fade the open method should be used. Lately I've started fading the open every day and in some nine trading days' time I'll be adding another contract in order to start compounding the consistent profits.

Your ebook was excellent and very descriptive, especially the section on money management and the simulator - a real eye opener!

Please feel free to use me as a referral should anyone want an unbiased and totally independent view on your fading the open system, as one who is now a firm believer and user of the same I will be more than glad to share my experiences of an unique money making system that actually works for a change!
